1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeUI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

VibeUI is a design repository and API platform that provides AI-analyzed UI components (HTML/CSS) for developers and AI coding agents. The Service includes a web-based gallery, a REST API for searching and retrieving designs, and tools for submitting new designs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must authenticate via a supported OAuth provider (Google or GitHub) to use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You must not share, publish, or expose your API keys in client-side code or public repositories.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits & Billing

  • New accounts receive free credits upon registration.
  • API search requests consume credits as documented in the API Documentation.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.

5. Design Licensing

  • Designs retrieved through the API may be used in your projects without attribution.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or republish raw design source code as a standalone product or competing service.
  • By submitting a design, you grant VibeUI a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and sublicense the design through the platform.
  • You retain ownership of designs you submit.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Automated scraping or bulk downloading of designs from the gallery (web pages) without API access is prohibited.
  • Bypassing rate limits, credit systems, or security measures is prohibited.
  • Submitting malicious code (XSS, tracking scripts, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that designs will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeUI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
